Considering all your future home projects can be a daunting task. Our Home Master Planning services are a “road map” to all your potential projects at less than half the cost of fully detailed architectural documents. This includes multiple sketch options, floor plans, elevations, and a rendering of your home. The Master Plan document can then be used for initial contractor pricing and lending / loan purposes. Once you’re happy with everything, we’ll complete Construction Documents (fully detailed documents) for the various projects as needed. Master Plans are a great way to visualize the big picture while phasing it into manageable projects. These documents range between $4000 - 6000 to prepare, depending upon size and complexity.
